GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Any product(s) may be returned within 30 days for any reason. The product(s) must be returned in a new, unused condition without damage. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) to the credit card or funding source used to make the purchase. Shipping is NOT refunded.

WARRANTY
All products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for one year under proper use. Defects include faulty switches, speakers, chargers, panel, battery. The warranty does not apply to product(s) shipped outside the USA or clearly abused or we determine that the product was used improperly. Customs in the past has tampered with the devices during inspection, so we can’t risk damage to the device on our side when shipped abroad. We may require a photo of the issue to help us understand the issue and to make a decision on coverage. Warrantied products will be replaced or refunded at no charge to you.
